EuroItalia is structured according to an innovative management model, which is constantly updated, based on a supervisory body that monitors operations and protects the Company’s integrity.

Code of ethics

This is the set of rules, ethical principles and codes of conduct that govern relations with customers, suppliers, external collaborators, employees, institutions and the media.

The organisation, management and control model of EuroItalia, the supervisory body and the specific sanctions have been envisaged with the Company’s various professional pro-files in mind.

AGCM Legality Rating

The Competition and Market Guarantor Authority, pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, of the Regulation adopted by the AGCM with resolution no. 28361 of 28 July 2020 resolved to attribute to Euroitalia the Legality Rating with the best score expected for private companies.

Whistleblowing System

The Whistleblowing platform allows employees, collaborators, consultants, and suppliers of Euroitalia Srl and any third-party connected to the Company, to send, even anonymously, reports concerning violations, both supposed and known, of statutes, procedures, company policies or values and of the company’s Code of Ethics.
All reports are sent to the Whistleblowing management structure of the Company’s Compliance Department. During the entire assessment phase, the system guarantees that all information will be kept confidential, and that the whistleblower’s identity, and the identity of anyone else involved, will be safeguarded.
